🕒 When will my order ship?

We process all orders within 2–3 business days. Once it ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow your goodies all the way home.

📦 How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 10 business days from the ship date. If there’s a delay, we’ll keep you in the loop!

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to select countries. If your location isn’t supported at checkout, drop us a note at info@luxishstore.com and we’ll try to help!

🔁 Can I return something if I change my mind?

Yep! You have 14 days from delivery to return unused items. Just email us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you from there.

💔 What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Oh no! That’s not the Lux-ish way. Send us an email with a photo of the issue and your order number—we’ll take care of it, no fuss.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus other secure payment methods listed at checkout.

Totally! Most of our items are designed to be low-maintenance. Check individual product pages for care tips, or just ask us!
