Shipping Policy
We ship joy, and a little extra.
At Lux-ish, we process all orders within 2–3 business days. Once your items are packed up and ready to go, delivery takes about 10 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow it right to your doorstep.
Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your location. We try to keep it simple and affordable.
Note: Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or weather are unfortunately out of our hands—but we’re always here to help if your package goes MIA.
Return and Refund Policy
Not feeling your Lux-ish find? Let’s make it right.
We accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, just reach out to us at info@luxishstore.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.
