We accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, just reach out to us at info@luxishstore.com with your order number and reason for return.

Here’s the fine-ish print:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.

At Lux-ish, we process all orders within 2–3 business days. Once your items are packed up and ready to go, delivery takes about 10 business days, depending on your location.
